The Haunted Opera

The strings sting as falling icicles
Sending shivers into the cymbals
As they delicately duet in the cold

The drums rum up a thunder
And the rhythm revives a wonder
That was thought inactive and old

The smiles return to the faces
No longer upside down frowns
As silent voices sing in the bold
